New Moon in Cancer July 14, 2026
It's interesting that the New Moon in Cancer falls on the 14th of the month, which is a 5 number. Five has to do with family, uniqueness, and money. Which means we'll be looking at family, finances, love, and individualism from a whole new perspective.
Then, when you add up 7/14/2026, it equals 4. That means all the hard work we've been putting in because of our new developing belief systems will begin to pay off. This time around, we'll be putting everything in its proper place.
Cancer is also all about passion, love, and caring. This will help bring about a reckoning with respect to individualism and democracy.
When we put Virgo into the mix, it's also about caring for our planet and our oceans.
This will also be a time when Jupiter conjuncts Pluto, which can create tremendous financial wealth for some individuals, while also introducing a new kind of wealth for our planet through generosity and philanthropy. Much of this can come surprisingly easily during this period.
At this time, there will also be a semi-square to Venus conjunct Virgo, which means we'll become even more conscious of making this Earth part of our family.
We also have a semi-square to Uranus in Gemini, which could bring more galactic connections as well. (So let's see!) This also represents rebellion, revolution, and equality.
Jupiter is also square to Chiron, mixed with Eris. Altogether, this suggests we'll begin looking at family with a meaning we've never experienced before. But our hearts and our minds will be ready for it. Although I believe this transformation will take about ten years, it will go by quickly.
Each sign has its own work to do, but I feel we're very blessed to have Cancer in the mix, and in a very big way.
Remember, Mercury is still retrograde, so don't light any candles with intension.
