There are career obligations that you just don't want to do. Confront it, be strong and get it out of the way as quickly as possible. Do it right the first time around so you don't have to deal with it again. Having said that, there are changes you want to make in your profession. Don't worry about it too much. There is a good chance that someone you admire maybe passing if they don't pull through. The cards indicate that they've been ill for quite some time or are very old.
