While focusing on your third eye chakra in the middle of your forehead, visualize a bright white light. Practice focusing on the purity of the white light, then add the color blue. Blue is for harmony and keeps you calm. As you master these colors, add Purple and lilac to help guide your intuition and spiritual growth. Practice for ten to twenty minutes a day.
