Full Super Moon in Cancer — January 3, 2026

Welcome to 2026! This is a dynamic, colorful, and deeply life-changing year ahead. Many of us may not fully recognize the scope of this transformation until the later months of 2026. How much we see will depend on how willing we are to remain aware as we move toward this year’s tipping point. We are gradually becoming more multidimensional beings, feeling stronger, more durable, and more accepting of the changes unfolding around us. Even if these shifts feel abstract at times, they are ultimately moving us in a positive direction.

When a Super Full Moon is closest to the Earth, it often correlates with increased seismic activity, including earthquakes and volcanic eruptions. This Full Moon also marks a significant moment for the United States, as the U.S. is a Cancer ruled country. With this Moon activating the 7th and 8th houses, attention is drawn to world leaders, international relations, shared resources, investments, U.S. currency, and global financial systems. Legal matters connected to money and currency of all kinds may also come into focus. This lunation shines a very bright light on something we have not fully seen before. How that unfolds remains to be observed.

On a more positive note, Cancer will be conjunct Jupiter, bringing a wave of emotionally supportive, nurturing, and expansive energy. This alignment has the potential to help the world replenish and regenerate in a healthy way. It also supports healing on a personal level, encouraging people to find new ways to help and support one another.

This energy also brings an emphasis on water. Let us hope it flows where it is needed most, especially into areas that have long suffered from drought.

Neptune remains at a heightened point on the anaretic chart, where it has been since September 2025. It will not shift until January 26, when it enters Aries after a long stay in Pisces. This symbolizes the washing away of the old world and the transition into a new one, clearing illusions and allowing reality to be seen more clearly. With Capricorn and Jupiter also active, the focus becomes how we move forward in a realistic, practical, and expansive way. And we will because Capricorn ultimately knows how to build what lasts.

To close, the Sun, Venus, and Aries form a trine, creating a powerful balance between the divine feminine and the divine masculine. This alignment supports greater equality between the sexes, something humanity has not experienced in a very long time. This balance is further supported by the feminine dwarf planets Varda and Sedna, which help bring light to a world that has spent far too long in darkness. This shift begins with this Full Moon. This marks the beginning of a beautiful New Year and a new world.

Happy New Year with Light all around you! Mano ;-)
